Description

Hate having to carry around a paper tracker with you everywhere you go? iTracker is your paperless solution! Conveniently keep track of all the foods you eat throughout the day. Enter the food you eat and it's point value and iTracker does the rest! Simply go into your app settings, enter your daily allowance, and the day you start your week and watch iTracker make your life easier. iTracker has these helpful features:

- Automatically tallies points that are remaining for the day

Allows the addition of fitness points, that clearly show in a different color (blue)

-You can use dwlz (Dotties Weight Loss Zone) to get fast food points as a reference

- Tallies water/oil/fruits & vegetables/dairy

- If you go over your daily points, it automatically subtracts from the weekly allowance

- Allows entry of food items worth 0, for core tracking

- Improved food entry flow

Great look and feel/User friendly

Save foods you eat every day to a “favorite” list with associated points

Save activities you do on a regular basis to your “favorite” list

Easily add “favorite” foods into your daily food list

Some helpful tips-

Need to change the day your week starts? Need to adjust your weekly/daily allowance?Simply go into your phone settings-iTracker and adjust your week start date or allowances.

The red bubble with a number in it on the iTracker icon is your points remaining for the day. You can turn this feature on/off in your phone settings- iTracker

There are a few features that can be turned on/off in your phone settings-iTracker. Check them out.

Items in BLUE are fitness points and will not subtract from your total allowance, but will simply raise your allowance for the day

To make an item a “favorite”, click on the star next to the points box, and it will save the item and the associated points.

To add a “favorite” click on the magnifying glass next to the description box, and click the favorite you want to add. If you click the wrong one, simply re-click the magnifying glass and choose the correct item. If the points are not always the same hit next on the keypad and enter the correct points.

Good way to track points 

This app is good but it would be even better if it had a food list, incorporated exercise and had a calculator

Good app

I hate writing the points down, so this is good. I'm not worried about it tracking long term for weeks, just a good weekly tracker is what I'm looking for. Simple and I love the points left showing on the home screen.

Pretty good but could use improvements

I like this, it does what it says but I found 2 minor annoyances. First, I would like it to go staright to (at least) the week you are in when you open the app. Second, it would be nice if, when you put in an entry out of your favorites it wouldn't delete the points value when you press next. I mean part of the poin of faves is you don't have to re-enter anything! Other than that I really apprieciate this app.
